Since established in 2005 under the name of Tam Lap Engineering and Trading Co., Ltd and 2014 under the name of Hoa Binh Engineering and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, we have been timely caught the opportunities to develop M&E works along with the international integration and the development of the construction & industry in Vietnam.

Daiwa DI., JSC has promptly been growing and expanding to become  a contractor specialized in the field of consultancy, designing, supply & installation of completed M&Eworks. We have made a new step in development of 18 years by the decision of expanding business lines and changing the company name to Daiwa Development Investment JSC., sincethe March 29th 2024.

Our business lines are not only M&E construction but also investment, construction of infrastructure, transportation, irigation. Besides, we supply services investment promotion, M&A, technology transfer and trade in industrial and civil industry, including:
