         Dear Customers!

   Firstly, DAIWA Development Investment Joint Stock Company would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers and partners who have trusted, cooperated, and supported us throughout the years.

   Since our establishment in 2005 as Tam Lap Trading and Technical Services Co., Ltd., and later as Hoa Binh Trading and Technical Investment Joint Stock Company in 2014, we have seized the opportunity to develop our expertise in the fields of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering. We have become a professional contractor with extensive experience in Consulting, Designing, Supplying and Installing complete M&E Systems for Urban areas, Hotels, Office buildings, Luxury apartments, Factories and production lines, as well as electrical construction and import-export business of equipment and materials.

   After 18 years of formation and development, we have taken a new step forward by deciding to expand our business scope and officially rename the company to DAIWA Development Investment  Joint Stock Company as of March 2024, marking a new phase of growth.

   Currently, our core business is as complete intire M&E System. In addition, we have expanded into investment, infrastructure construction, transportation, and irrigation. We also provide investment promotion services, technology transfer, and trade for both industrial and civil sectors, including:

• Consulting, designing, and fully constructing M&E Systems for Projects in Urban areas, Industrial plants, Hotels, Office buildings, Luxury apartments, Shopping centers, and Resort hotels.
• Trading machinery and equipment for thermal power plants, oil refineries, and other industrial plants.
• Investing in and constructing infrastructure, transportation, irrigation projects, and industrial plants.
• Investment promotion, joint venture business, and M&A consulting.
• Developing auxiliary services for industrial parks and logistics.

   Through numerous projects, with the valuable experience and growth of our company's staff, along with the trust of our customers and partners, we have been greatly motivated.
